The Educational Objectives of this Department is to
--cope with the national economic and financial policies as well as to fulfill the functions of our technological and vocational education system,
--to cultivate students to have both business administration knowledge and skills,
-- to educate our students under the principles of balancing both theoretical and practical experiences with professional knowledge, skillful techniques plus proper humanities and business ethnics so that students can eventually become the fundamentals of business professionals.

The Educational Goals are listed as follows:
1.Laying stress on marketing, financial and logistic management equally, so that this Department can cultivate professionals in the area of business operation and practice which are required by various industries.
2.Emphasizing the practicing on case studies, inviting industrial executives on regular basis to perform lectures, seminars and workshops in the area of operation theory and practice. This will enhance the abilities of innovation, creativity and expression among students.
3.Combining our faculty resources along with modern facilities, in order to strengthen students’ learning abilities; furthermore to escalate their professional knowledge and skills.
4.Designing curriculums based on elements of creativity, vividness and practicability so that the future development of industrial environment will be matched.
5.Enhancing the interpersonal communication training skills progressively , the multi-talented qualities as professionals will then be shaped. Our courses are detail-planned majorly based on administration, developing practical experience in diversified learning and integration abilities. Secondly, on managerial theories and researches toward practical applications, hence these requirements for economic development as well as industry upgrading can finally meet the expectations.

This Department’s equipment and facilities include:
Numerous enterprise case studies, multi-media computer software, study rooms for administration resources and a variety of practical training classrooms. Each classroom has its own e-lectern. To go hand in hand with lecturing requirements, we also provide the “SAS statistic software”, “SPSS statistic software”, “the CAMI supporting system for marketing survey” and “Boss software for business operation simulation and marketing decision-making software”. All these systems are considered to be applied legally.

Our full-time and part-time excellent faculty all obtained business administration related Doctor or Master Degrees domestically or abroad. They not only have lots of practical experiences, but also are devoted in teaching, working hard in consulting, focusing on student career developments, continuing education and advanced studies, in order to make our students become more competitive.

We are aggressively building up cooperative partnership relations among major enterprises and relevant industries. Consequently, the career development opportunities for graduating students are well-expanded.
